DSB Byen (2015-2016)
In collaboration with Rasmus Folehave Hansen and Anders Gerning.
DSB Byen (The DSB Village) is a homage to the repair and maintenance facilities of the Danish National Train Service located in southwestern Copenhagen. Built in 1909, the Village assumed a vital role in supporting Denmark’s economic growth during the 20th century, but has since been a sleepy industrial oasis where the workers of times past have been replaced by unwelcome visitors who sneak through the fences when no one is looking.
The project consists of a book, published in 2015 by Ransby Editions, and an exhibition that was a part of CAFx (Copenhagen Architecture Festival) 2016.
